Choose between our home equipment free programs or our gym programs depending on your fitness/riding experience.

Set up the free app

Once you purchase the program, you will receive an email and be given access to a free app and will be able to use the app to follow along the workouts.

Start your workouts with me as your personal trainer in your pocket. The in-app messaging system allows you to ask my any questions!

  • There are 4 workouts per week! If you would like to have the number of workouts customized, just email me after your sign up!

  • The workouts are around 30 minutes depending on how long your rests take in between sets.

  • Nope! You can drag the workouts to different days and move the workouts as you see fit to fit your schedule!

  • If you need exercise substitutions, message me in the app and I will help you modify it!

  • Nope! The workouts are ON DEMAND, meaning that you can do them whenever during the day.

  • It depends on your own body! I always recommend beginner exercisers to ride first before they workout, but if it is a lower body workout, I suggest skipping your ride that day!

  • You can always go back and finish the workout whenever you are available!
