MUST HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM FOR THIS PROGRAM

This 6 Week Advanced Gym week program is for riders that have been riding for over 3+ years and/or consider themselves competitive adult amateurs. This program will focus less on building cardiovascular fitness, assuming that you are already able to ride for an extended period of time without losing your breath, but more on isolated strength training so you can utilize your seat, leg and rein aids more effectively to enhance your oneness with your horse.

This program will also focus more on performing exercises that help correct common habits that a lot of riders face for example rounded shoulders, inability to keep heels down, anterior/posterior pelvic tilt and muscle imbalance, to name a few.


Main Focus:
- Gym program for ADVANCED gym users
- Must have extensive knowledge of gym equipment, or 3+ year of gym experience
- Corrective stretches/exercises for common rider problems
- Stretches to prevent injury
- Full Body Conditioning
- Isolated strength training to enhance seat, leg and rein aids
