  • Kickstart your challenge by focusing on full body conditioning. These initial weeks are dedicated to enhancing your overall fitness, which is crucial for building confidence in the saddle.

  • As we move into the third and fourth weeks, the focus shifts to increasing your overall strength. Stronger muscles lead to more effective riding aids, allowing you to communicate better with your horse. This phase includes targeted strength training exercises aimed at the key muscle groups used in riding

  • Stability in the saddle is crucial for maintaining a balanced and secure seat. During weeks five and six, we'll concentrate on core strength and balance training.
