Beginner Riders - 12 Week Program @ Home

This 12 week program is for riders that have just begun their riding journey and have been riding for less than 3 years. Horse riding is hard. It is unlike any other sport we’ve ever tried. You can make it a little easier on yourself and the horse you are riding if you are in shape and fitter! I want to help you feel your best for you and your horse.
This program will mainly focus on building cardiovascular fitness to keep up with hour long riding lessons, stretches to prevent injuries, strengthening muscles used for horse riding, and overall full body conditioning to become accustomed to the sport of horse riding.

- 30 Minute Equipment Free Exercises
- All workout videos demonstrated by myself
- Program utilizes Haybales and Barbells Equestrian Fitness Training Philosophy
