The 60 Day New Year Fitness Challenge is an equipment free, beginner friendly, realistic program that will help you create a routine that you can carry on for the rest of the year.

From January 1st to March 1st, you’ll be challenged to four 20 minute bodyweight workouts every week at any time and any place you want. Every week will consist of different equestrian specific workouts that will help you get stronger in and out of the saddle.

  • Each week will have a different equestrian specific workout, but the schedule will look the same.

    The program consist of PROGRESSIVE training, meaning that the workouts will get a little more difficult as you progress through each week.

    For workout sustainability purposes, all workouts are 20 minutes long and includes a warm up, conditioning and cool down. If you would like to extend the duration of the workout, you are more than welcome to do the workout twice a day!

    Mondays: Lower Body

    Tuesdays: Mobility + Core

    Thursdays: Upper Body

    Fridays: Cardiovascular Fitness

  • Do I need equipment?
    No! To help you workout with ease and to help you create a sustainable program, all workouts are BODYWEIGHT and require no equipment.

    How are the workouts completed?
    You will set up my free app, and all workouts will be viewed and completed through the app! It is extremely user friendly, straightforward and convenient, and you can sync your smartwatches to the app too!

    Is there a specific time the workouts need to be done?
    Nope! The workouts are ON DEMAND, meaning that you can do them whenever during the day.

    Should I ride on the days I workout?
    It depends on your own body! I always recommend beginner exercisers to ride first before they workout, but if it is a lower body workout, I suggest skipping your ride that day!

    What happens if I miss a workout?
    You can always go back and finish the workout whenever you are available!

    What if I’m struggling with motivation?
    Not to worry, we will have a community group chat where we can keep each other accountable. You can also always directly message me for accountability!

    Can I keep the workouts after the challenge is complete?
    Absolutely! All workouts will be available in a DOWNLOADABLE and PRINTABLE PDF so you can keep them forever!
